Kelly M. Gagliardi

Leading the CLL Team

Kelly was inspired by her 3 year old daughter, Ava, and her own personal life experiences to start up Creative Little Leaders, Inc.

Kelly was born and raised in New Bedford, MA. She attended John A. Parker Elementary School, Keith Junior High and New Bedford High School. She is the daughter of a Scallop Fisherman out of New Bedford/Fairhaven, MA. Her mother was a stay at home Mom taking care of five unruly children while her father was out at sea for 2-3 weeks at a time. It was financially very difficult and family life was challenging. Kelly was the youngest and the only child in her immediate family to graduate high school and go onto college.

Kelly accredits her motivation to stay in school and "make a better life" for herself to all the positive mentors who were always kind to her and guided her in making better choices.

"People saw that I was a good kid and wanted to help me get out of a bad situation. They saw potential and believed in me, which gave me confidence to believe in myself and always keep my chin up no matter how difficult things were."

Her fondest memories are from older siblings, teachers, friends' parents and her very 1st manager she had when she was 14 years old, who all had positive influences in her life.

"I truly believe these positive experiences, no matter how big or small, changed the trajectory of my life.  I gravitated to the people who were kind to me, who looked out for my best interest and who wanted to see me succeed. I listened. I learned. Most importantly, I took action."

While maintaining 3 jobs to pay her way through college, Kelly attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth,

She earned her Bachelors' Degree in Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources.  She earned her Graduate Certificate in Leadership from UMASS Dartmouth, where she is also pursuing her Master's in Business Administration.

Kelly has over 20 years experience working in the human resources field. One of her very first jobs was working at the Department of Unemployment in New Bedford assisting youths and high school students in writing their resumes and coaching them on interview skills.

Kelly is part of the Senior Management Team and the Director of Human Resources at Accutech Packaging, Inc. located in Foxboro, MA. She is responsible for all functions of HR, Organizational Leadership, Safety and Quality.  She has advanced training program development skills and diverse work experience in many industries including, education, non-profit, manufacturing and banking.

Kelly and her husband Dave enjoy working on home improvement projects and watching HGTV's Fixer Upper together.  Kelly enjoys reading all genres of books, especially non-fiction, listening to podcasts, and painting.

Most of the time you will find Kelly doing her absolute favorite thing in the entire world:  hanging out with her daughter - being silly, playing school and doing arts & crafts with Ava.
